John comes from a background in academia, working in higher education for over 12 years. Spending nearly a decade in Dean roles, John was able to develop skills in adult learning theory and training delivery. These skills, along with academic positions in distance education for over 6 years, bring a diverse skill set to the training department at Tightrope.
In his time away from work, John loves quality time with his wife and three young children. He also enjoys playing hockey, performing with his rock band Nostalgic, and traveling.
These sessions will be dedicated to new user training for customers who work for educational institutions. Specific examples and use cases that are commonly used in education will be given during these sessions. The itinerary and concepts covered will be the same as the general Carousel Essentials training, in case the time/dates for these don't work with your schedule.
This session will be dedicated to a question and answer forum for experienced Carousel users, where a trainer will answer your Carousel questions with on screen examples and demonstrations.Time will also be reserved to showcase new features that have been released in the last 3 months.
Note: This webinar is recommended for individuals who have been using Carousel and have a good working knowledge of the software. It will NOT be an orientation or introduction. Choose one of our Carousel Essentials webinars if you are new to Carousel.
